There are many saying that fit. 'The grass is always greener on the other side', 'You want what you can't have' etc, you get the picture. After a long winter in Europe and some gigantic swells that have made Garrett McNamara shit hit pants, I find myself day-dreaming about waist high peelers on a log. Those fun sessions of high fives and taking it easy, the sitting on the beach and watching the silly poses, basically the all-around good vibes of a perfect but small day.
When I stumbled across this little clip of the most fun looking California day peppered with some cultural Lowriding vehicles I very nearly booked my plane ticket on the spot, then I remembered that's what the internet is for, dreaming. I am content to wait and be teased and who knows the calming of the winter storms could be just around the corner. Enjoy and stay safe.
