I could not help watching John Magrath and surmising that I knew the style, I had seen it before and I liked it. Tyler Hatzilian has been around for a while and in my opinion is one of the most talented surf/shapers on the planet.
It just so happens that having misspent some of my youth absorbing films like 'Single Fin Yellow' I have the imprint of his style etched into my noggin (brain). It was this style that I saw now, the no-leash, not perfect chunky little barrels that simulated a real surf session.
Coming from someone who watches and reviers the style of Tyler Hatzikian this means a lot. Enjoy the realism.
