Ridiculously Cheap Quiksilver Winter Stuff

A very lovely man who wants you all to buy Quiksilver stuff, but only at the cheapest prices, is now in the Surf Bunker inner circle and he can tell us how and when to shop. I am not sure about you, but I am a skinflint (cheapskate) and always like a bargain. It drives my wife nuts, but you are what you are, right?
